I primarily represent property owners, commercial and residential real estate developers and brokers, luxury condominium and mixed use developments, high-end custom homeowners, architects, engineers, contractors and building materials manufacturers and suppliers in construction, real estate and HOA transactions and litigation, through trials and appeals. I also provide corporate advice to boards of directors and business owners concerning corporate formation, directors’ and officers’ responsibilities, and business operations.
