Gina Miller is a shareholder of Call & Jensen, whose trial practice focuses on employment and commercial matters. Ms. Miller has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, including trade secret, real estate including non-disclosure claims, banking, lender liability, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, class action wage and hour disputes, and unfair competition. Ms. Miller has represented clients in the environmental, retail, banking, software, and medical fields. She has also provided counsel to clients in the aerospace and educational industries. Ms. Miller has represented clients in numerous administrative law hearings, both before the Labor Commissioner of the State of California and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Los Angeles magazine named Ms. Miller a Southern California Rising Star (top lawyers under 40) in its 2005 and 2006 annual surveys. This distinction is reserved for just two and one-half percent of the attorneys in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Rising Stars are lawyers who are under 40, or who have been practicing ten years or less, selected for excellence in the practice of law. Ms Miller was named a 2013 Southern California “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine.
Ms. Miller was awarded a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of San Diego in 2000. Ms. Miller received American Jurisprudence Awards in Employment Discrimination, Civil Rights Litigation, and Bankruptcy. Ms. Miller became a member of Phi Delta Phi in the fall of 1998. Ms. Miller has been involved in all aspects of litigation including trial work since she started with Call & Jensen in 2000.
