Attorney Carlos A. Arcos is a sole practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in assisting families who are facing the difficult personal and legal issues that arise when an aging family member suffers from a long-term or progressive illness.
Carlos received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University and his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law. He is a certified continuing education provider and offers In Service training as a complimentary service to nursing homes throughout Southern California. He has been a speaker in over 200 events and presented workshops and training sessions for charitable and professional organizations, including the USC School of Gerontology, the Los Angeles Caregiver Resource Center at USC, the Department of Aging of the City of Los Angeles, and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles.
