Carla A. Ford is the principal of Carla Ford Law, APC. Ms. Ford represents employees and employers, providing litigation, counseling and compliance services. A seasoned trial attorney, Ms. Ford was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for 16 years in the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) in Los Angeles where she represented federal agencies in a general civil practice that included employment, immigration, and common law and constitutional torts. For five years after she left the USAO, Ms. Ford was a senior director with Walmart Stores, Inc. where she led a California-based team of compliance managers as they kept the Fortune One’s 300+ stores in compliance with state and federal environmental laws. Ms. Ford is admitted to practice in California and Georgia. She received her B.A. in English Literature at Boston University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
