Atyria Shantell Clark, Esq. was born May 25, 1973 in St. Louis, Missouri and received her bachelors degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University and was a Goodwin Scholar recipient at Nova Southeastern University where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. Ms Clark also holds and LL.M. (master of laws) degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and is licensed in the states of Florida (retired) and California to practice law.
Ms. Clark is the owner of THE COMMUNITY LAW FIRM, a community based law firm offering services in the areas of immigration, traffic/DUI defense, business and tax planning/consulting, chapter 7 bankruptcy, and civil litigation. She also serves on the Board of a number of nonprofit organizations including The Personal Involvement Center, the Intelligent Black Woman’s Coalition (aka YoYo School of Hip Hop Arts & Academics Program) and the Diva Lawyers Social Club.
Ms. Clark also provides court appearance services to various other attorneys, law firms and companies throughout Southern California. Ms. Clark is licensed to practice before the Central District of California, the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, all Immigration Courts nationwide and the United States Tax Court (nationwide)
