Biography

I received my Juris Doctorate Degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law and my Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.

My practice areas are Trusts, Estates, Conservatorships, and Guardianships. Also, due to my previous experience in Family Law, I can identify and respond to the cross-over issues that arise between Trusts & Estates and Family Law. I have developed a proficiency for “problem” estates and trusts, and utilize my analytical skills to reach an efficient resolution. I represent clients in transactional matters and litigation, and strive to ensure that their legal experience is as positive as possible.

A few of my committee and bar association memberships, include the Professional School Relations Committee of the U.S.C. Gould School of Law Alumni Association, the Women Lawyer’s Association of Los Angeles, for which I serve as a mentor to two law students, the Black Women Lawyer’s Association of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the incoming Public Relations Chair of the Jamaica Awareness Association of California.
